In the Year 1992 this Establishment was Founded by Dr.B.N.Uday Garudachar with their blessing, proprietor Late Shri R.B.KattiWing Commander, I A F and Late Lt.Col. Ramesh Datar. Our system of recruitment of Guards is methodical and through authorized channels only. Recruitment Of Personnel
We have well experienced senior staff who carries out recruitment out of eligible candidates. The character antecedents are verified through Police sources. The recruited personnel are put through extensive training and only then they are being deployed on duty.
Central Staff
Our staff at our Base Office consists of an experienced retired officers, Junior Commissioned Officers and other ranks from Army and Paramilitary forces. We have a well-knit team of our field staff who always put in co-ordinate efforts in supervising the security staff performing their duties. They carry out checking during day and night and maintain discipline of the guards to the entire satisfaction of our clients by carrying out anon-the-job training. Our staff remains in constant touch with the clients.
Discipline
"GARUDA SECURITY SERVICES” The sense of discipline is deeply instilled into our security men in every walk of life. They are not permitted to join any union. They do not accept hospitality. They are cultured, civilized, and pay proper compliments commensurating the status. A high standard of discipline is always maintained by way of constant on the job training to the staff.
Hours of Work - The working schedule shall be of 8/12 hours per day per security person. However, Round the clock security will be provided in two different shifts.
Uniforms and Accessories - Uniforms and accessories including amenities will be provided by the agency, enhancing the image of the Unit deployed.
Replacement- Our agency will provide prompt replacement for absentee’s consequent upon their sickness, absence, or for any other reasons.
Periodical Checks - Day and night, surprise checks are conducted by our agency to assess the performance of our guards to the entire satisfaction of the Principal Employer.
Professional Guards - Our guards are well trained by Ex-Defense/Police and fire brigade officers.
Communication System - The communication network is appropriate to the changing needs of the work.

Contract
The contract shall be ordinarily for a period of ONE YEAR starting from the date of employing of our security personnel. Other terms to be discussed with the Principal Employer person with you.
PAYMENT
Monthly security service charges to be made on or before 5th of every month. Delay in payment makes late payment to employees, ESI, EPF & Service Tax Dept. The Government departments are charging a soft rate of interest @ 18% per annum for delay as a penalty in making the payment.
Note: The onus of financial burden due to late remittance will rest with the Principal Employer.
On immediate employment of our security personnel the principal employer will follow by a formal letter mentioning the acceptance of engaging our agency for security duties with the rates and service timings which will be penned down in the form of a Legal Agreement.
One-month prior notice will be issued to our agency before terminating our contract.
Agreement
A formal agreement deed on stamp paper will be drawn between the two parties agreeing the terms & Condition. Delay in Payments not only delays the payment to the security staff but also remittance of ESI, EPF & Service Tax deposits are delayed attracting a Penalty of 18% by the statutory departments over the Principal Employer, for not fulfilling the mandatory needs of social security system of the employee.
Pay in time and avoid Reversal Penalty.
